Cliff Tidwell joined Western Oak Capital in 2021 to lead the execution of the company’s asset management strategies, initiatives, and programs. Cliff is responsible for asset and portfolio performance, capital projects, due diligence and underwriting, and overseeing property operations with third party management companies. Prior to joining Western Oak, Cliff was Senior Director at Greystar where he led the business development and client services team for the Dallas region. During his 11-year tenure with Greystar, he successfully sourced and transitioned 140 properties totaling over 43,000 units. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
