Nick Allen co-founded Western Oak Capital and is currently President of St. Regis Properties. Nick brings over a decade of multifamily specific investment knowledge and experience to the team. During his tenure he has successfully sourced and overseen the completion of multiple development projects and acquisitions, as well as, supervised the operation of the multifamily investment portfolio. Prior to St. Regis Properties, Nick held finance positions with CJB Capital. Apart from his real estate career, Nick founded a rally car racing team whereas Driver and Team Manager he competes in National Championships throughout the United States. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Sciences from the University of Southern California. Nick is active with Super Stars Literacy program in the East Bay Area, helping to provide low-income K-2nd grade students with after-school programs to bring their reading proficiency up to grade level.
