Sam Remcho co-founded Western Oak Capital, and as Managing Partner is responsible for overseeing all company investments, including acquisitions, operations, financing, and management. Sam began his real estate career in residential financing at World Savings Bank, where he was rookie of the year in 2005. He then moved on to multifamily brokerage at Cornish & Carey Commercial, which was later acquired by Newmark Knight Frank. In 2013 he teamed up with St. Regis Properties to direct their development projects, including land entitlement and construction management. A few years later in 2016 he took on the role of President at St. Regis Properties, and was responsible for overseeing company operations, acquisitions, and development. Prior to joining St. Regis, he founded Selborne Properties, a property management and brokerage company based in Oakland, California, which is still active and specializing in multifamily property management. Sam is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, a licensed California real estate broker, commercial-rated pilot, and volunteer firefighter.
